Dr. Tran has treated many children and adults suffering from infections and pain, and she feels a special connection with her younger patients. She enjoys interacting with children and parents every day, and her goal is to always make sure her patients feel comfortable.
Dr. Tran strives to create an environment that consists of ongoing support for everyone and always looks forward to learning new techniques and methods to implement. To her, the most rewarding thing about pediatric dentistry is the ability to cultivate a lifetime of outstanding oral health, and she is grateful for all of the training and knowledge she has received to be able to touch the lives of others.
Dr. Tran earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences and completed her general practice residency at The University of Utah. Dr. Tran also trained in special care dentistry at Montefiore–Rose F. Kennedy Children Evaluation & Rehabilitation Center and later graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Pediatric Dentistry.

We are trained to provide dental care for children with special needs.
We’re happy to work around your busy schedule to find a time that works for you.
Our office is equipped with advanced X-ray technology, which allows us to provide accurate diagnoses and beneficial results.
We have lots of fun things to do in our office while kids learn about their oral health.
We provide routine dental cleanings to babies, toddlers, children, and young teens.
We perform a wide range of treatments, from routine dental visits to dental emergencies.
A child should have their first dental appointment by their first birthday or within six months of their first tooth erupting. Early dental visits help to establish good oral hygiene habits and detect any potential problems early on.
Our pediatric dentistry clinic offers a range of services for children, including routine dental cleanings and exams, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, extractions, and orthodontic evaluations. We also offer sedation dentistry for children who may experience anxiety or have special needs.
There are several things you can do to help your child feel comfortable at the dentist, including: talking positively about dental visits, playing “dentist” at home to familiarize them with the experience, bringing a favorite toy or comfort item to the appointment, and praising them for their bravery and cooperation.
Children should have dental check-ups every six months to maintain good oral health and detect any potential problems early on. However, your child may require more frequent visits depending on their individual needs and risk factors.
If your child experiences a dental emergency, such as a knocked-out tooth or severe tooth pain, call our office immediately. We will provide instructions for what to do next and may schedule an emergency appointment to address the issue as soon as possible.
